Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery estimates depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
- We currently ship within the United States only.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Beachfront Creations is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- Beachfront Creations is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns
- Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.
- However, we understand that sometimes issues arise. If you experience a problem with your order, please email us within 3 days of delivery and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.
